Cambodia Christmas Shoe box Distribution

Samaritans Purse Australia is a Christian Charity organisation aligned with the Billy Graham Evangelical Organisation.

One of their ministries involves volunteers from around the globe filling a shoebox with gifts and toys for distribution to underprivileged children at Christmas time; "A gift in a Box".

Michael was commissioned by Samaritans Purse Australia to accompany the shoe box distribution in Cambodia in January 2006.

The brief was to capture a sense of hope, and also the desperation of the plight of the underprivileged children. The brief also encompassed capturing the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes for the production of a coffee table book that will be used for future fundraising.
